Art for you is?
Way of seeing and feeling.
@wojteksepka
Art sucked out of…? (the question is generational)
The aesthetic sense I inherited from my mom.
Photography is something that me…?
Absorbs me.
You would describe your style as?
Simple and austere.
What color is your art?
Black and white. With a few shades in between.
Am I good at…?
At fantasizing and managing the frame.
I have an appetite for…?
Filet-O-Fish sandwich from McDonald’s. Sadly, it has been discontinued.
What main feature of your artistic personality allows you to create?
The same one that allows me to dream.
Your favorite artist is?
There are many of them. I don’t want to miss anyone.
What era do you belong to? Do you have your storytelling?
If we are talking about the period that had the greatest impact on my thinking about art, it would be the 60s and the 70s. I like those aesthetics. Of course, in Poland, it was a difficult time with political oppressions that forced many great Polish artists to emigrate in search of creative and conventional freedom. My inspiration comes rather from what was happening in Western Europe and United States. For me those are times from movies and stories, so my bond to them is rather metaphysical. If it comes to the second part of the question – I keep adding new scenes to the same sensual love story.
Artwork is emotion or workshop?
Craft/workshop, that releases emotions.
In art I dislike the most…?
Shock value with a cheap controversy.
Your motto in art is?
Be true.
Your approach to the public? Are you afraid to show your works to the world?
I used to. It took me a long time to get over that hurdle. Now, I give interviews.
Infantilism bordering on ugliness – Have you encountered, such a thing?
Today, we often confuse art with performance. But if people enjoy it – that’s not my business.
Should an artist ask for attention?
I’m interested in a world with no obligations.

Do you want to be/or are you already an discovered artist?
I would like people to discover my art – that’s what I want to share with the world. As for me, I’m cool with staying in the background.
Does ordinariness stimulate you to work?
Constantly. Especially since the boundary between the ordinary and extraordinary is not very clear to me.
Do you feel that your art is depleted by the system?
No, because my creations doesn’t need to be specially tempered.
If you were not an artist, would you be…?
Philosopher. Both fields offer ideas.
Humility or audacity? What are you driven by?
Authenticity.
What are you better at than others?
Comparing yourself to others is a dead end – in every field you will find someone better and worse than yourself.
Your level of consciousness is inadequate to the expectations of the system?
I’m not sure if it’s a matter of consciousness level, but sometimes there are moments, when I feel some kind of inadequacy. However, I don’t know if it’s about the system or about life here, on Earth.

What is success to you?
Doing what brings pleasure. Living on your own terms – in an atmosphere of love and carefreeness. Everything else is overrated.
Humility or audacity? What are you driven by?
Authenticity.
What are you better at than others?
Comparing yourself to others is a dead end – in every field you will find someone better and worse than yourself.
Do you feel like a rejected artist?
I think it’s hard to feel something like that in my field. I’m not an underground avant-garde artist whose skin gets covered in blistering bubbles when exposed to a daylight. I have my own story in my head, but it’s rather easy to digest. My photos are simple – just like my dreams.
In art I would change…?
I don’t feel competent enough to change anything. Let everything flow at its own pace.
What nickname would you like to gain as an artist?
I don’t need them.
In what role do you see yourself in 5-10 years?
I will enjoy what life brings.
